2. Explain - Robot Presentation
A successful robot presentation clearly communicates both the technical design choices and the creative story driving the robot’s interactions.
Presentation Structure
Your robot presentation should include the following core components:
1. Introduction
- Share the creator’s name and the robot’s name.
- State the purpose or job of the robot (what problem is it solving?).
2. Design Choices & Context
- Explain why you chose this particular job.
- Detail how the robot executes its task (what sensors, size, and movement capabilities does it have?).
3. Identity & Backstory
- Share your robot character’s backstory and core traits.
4. Live Interaction Demo
- Conduct a live demonstration of the robot interacting with a user, using either the dashboard buttons or the programmed hardware buttons.
5. Peer Q&A
- Allot time at the end for other learners and facilitators to ask questions about your build, code, and design process.
